You may have lost your paperless confirmation and statement delivery at Charles Schwab!
When Schwab and TD Ameritrade merged in September 2023, Schwab honored paperless statement/confirmation delivery (e-delivery) for clients without creating their online Schwab Alliance credentials.
In order to retain the paperless statement/confirmation delivery, clients need to create a Schwab Alliance login and password.
If you did not create your Schwab Alliance login and password prior to March 27, your statement and confirmation delivery preference has reverted to paper delivery. You will see this change immediately.
Reenroll in paperless delivery! Visit www.schwab.com and follow the prompts to establish your unique Schwab login and delivery. Once successfully logged in, you can follow these instructions to change your statement and confirmation delivery preference.
