FEATURED: What To Expect When You Visit Annex Wealth Management

Annex Wealth Managment’s Dave Spano, Mark Beck, And Denis Johnson discuss what folks can expect when they meet a member of the Annex Wealth Management team. LISTEN HERE

Let’s Do Something Good

Let’s bring smiles to the faces of kids and families who could use a smile.

Annex Wealth Management is again partnering with WSSP radio as a Title Sponsor of the 2017 Toy Drive to Benefit Children’s Hospital of Wisconsin. The station is broadcasting live November 27th through Dec 1st from the drop off spot and Annex Wealth Management will be featured on-air Friday, Dec 1st.

PLEASE, give what you can this holiday season – either by helping us fill our box with toys for the kids who will be spending their holidays in the hospital, or through a tax-deductible check contribution made payable to “Children’s Hospital of WI.”

Toys can be placed in the toy box in our lobby starting Monday, November 13th and checks can be delivered/mailed to the Annex Elm Grove office.  Checks need to be in prior to noon on December 1st so that we can take them to the Toy Drive with us later that day.

Every week, Annex Wealth Management will give you one thing you should do that may improve your financial well-being. We call it the “MoneyDo List.”

This weeks’ “MoneyDo” is: Pass along a financial lesson.

As we get closer to the end of the year, it’s a time for reflection on where we are, and where this year has taken us.

AXIOM + GRAPHIC = AXIOMAPHIC OF THE WEEK

Do Not Break Your iPhone X

When the iPhone X, Apple’s re-designed anniversary iPhone, officially launches on Friday, we’ll see the familiar images of people lining up in front of Apple Stores around the world to be among the first ones to get their hands on the new device. Despite the X’s lofty price – it starts at $999 for the smaller 64 GB model, making it the most expensive iPhone to-date – it’s safe to say that Apple could sell a lot more units on Friday than it can possibly produce by then. When the iPhone X became available for pre-order last Friday, it was sold out within minutes and the estimated delivery time currently stands at 5 to 6 weeks.

To all those quick or lucky enough to get an iPhone X anytime soon, our advice is: do not drop it. According to Apple’s official support website, the company’s latest smartphone is just as expensive to repair as it is to acquire. Repairing the screen alone will set you back $279 or nearly twice what you pay for a new iPhone 8 screen. If you’re unlucky enough to break more than just your screen, you’ll be out $549 to get your phone fixed.
